Over the past six months, I’ve done a lot of thinking.
What shaped that time most were:

- Two therapists
- Jennifer Spinelli
- My parents,
- And of course every experience I have EVER had up until right now.
I am writing this as a moment in my life that I realized something clearly: “the grind” is over.
This site is a place for me to journal all of it.
Journaling helped me get here, and by sharing it publicly, I hope it helps someone else find their own version of clarity, too.
